ServiceCentral’s Service Management Software Chosen by Cellular Gallery Tech Center

Today ServiceCentral Technologies announces that Cellular Gallery Tech Center (CGTC) has selected the ServiceCentral Return and Repair SaaS Suite as the service management software CGTC will use for tracking handset repair and refurbishment in its Puerto Rico based service depot repair center. Scheduled to go live in August 2010, ServiceCentral’s highly configurable and scalable solution will enable CGTC to make proactive workflow changes in support of the dynamic nature of operations and the expected growth in business.
